And the winner is . . .

Let us start with the fantastic news that our Ultimate Blueberry Scones have been awarded Silver in the New Product Awards at Scothot Exhibition! Having this recognition for the product from the judges is fantastic and we're delighted to have received the award. Make sure that you try them today if you haven't already – and you'll soon see why! We will shortly be adding a new Cranachan Scone to the Ultimate Scone range too- which is a twist on the classic Cranachan dessert- made with hearty Oats, Honey, Raspberry pieces and Whisky flavouring. Keep a look out for these being launched in the next few days.
We're right in the middle of another very busy month here at Cake. Not only have we launched lots of fantastic new products, but we're exhibiting at 3 shows! Last week we were at the SECC in Glasgow at ScotHot for 2 days. It was so good to meet some of you and was lovely to see our newly launched products being received so well - we hope you will all enjoy trying them over the coming weeks.
So 1 show down, 2 to go! Next week we will be exhibiting in Manchester Central at the Northern Restaurant and Bar Show on 17th and 18th, and the following week we will be in London at the Excel Business Centre from Sunday 22nd to Wednesday 25th. If you can, why not pop down and say hello – we promise we'll give you some sample cakes and hopefully you'll get some great new ideas.
